Fundamentals 3/4 (Sarnia Lacrosse)

The Fundamental U5 program is developmental. The focus is to introduce the child and parent to lacrosse. There is a high emphasis on participation and enjoyment, and a low emphasis on skill performance. The sessions will cover basic lacrosse skills, integrated with activities to develop coordination, movement, balance, running, etc. We present a non-threatening environment where mistakes during learning are encouraged, with every child learning at their own pace. Please remember to be patient with your child’s progress.
