Fundamentals 7+, 2023 (Sarnia Lacrosse)

The 7+ Fundamentals 3-on-3 Fundamental program introduces the highly successful OLA 3-on-3 Mini-Game. Basically, the mini-games are played cross-floor, with nets and creases. It is non-contact, and the players alternate between playing and skill development. This is an excellent opportunity for players to develop their lacrosse skills and their understanding of the game. It is ideal for those players who have never played lacrosse, or those players wishing to further develop their basic skills.
