Trevor Richard
My name is Trevor Richard, and I am proud to be born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario. I’m incredibly excited to be coaching the 2025 U11 T2 team with the Sarnia Pacers, marking my first season officially part of the organization. My wife, Kate, and I had the privilege of being part of the 2024 Pacers Lacrosse season with the U9 and U7 age groups, where two of our three boys had an incredible experience, they will never forget! I have experience not only as a young athlete back in my day but also as a coach at a high level, both locally and provincially. My coaching career spans over 20 years and has been very rewarding, with a strong focus on player development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Coaching is more than just building skills on the floor—it’s about fostering confidence, discipline, and a passion for the game that extends beyond lacrosse. I’m also looking forward to connecting with the players’ families and becoming part of this amazing lacrosse community. I can’t wait to get started and see what this season has in store!Dave Maczko
My name is Dave Maczko, I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the coaching staff for U11 T2 lacrosse this season! It's an incredible opportunity to help young players develop their skills, foster a love for the game, and teach them the importance of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Watching these kids grow both on and off the floor is going to be so rewarding. Their energy, passion, and eagerness to learn is contagious, I can't wait to see how they progress and I am looking forward to making lasting memories during this upcoming season.Jeff Cox
My lacrosse journey started as an 11 year old boy, when I first put on a Pacer jersey with my best buddies Randy Dunn and Todd Whitlock. Many lasting memories and friendships were forged during my time as a player, spanning over 30 years. As a coach, I have been able to watch many of my former players develop into excellent lacrosse players and all around good guys. Continuing on as I coach, my hope is to provide an environment that will allow this group to flourish as athletes and teammates; hopefully making some lifelong friends along the way. Tom Quinn
I coach to give the players the same fun experiences I had as a young player. After the battles and sacrifices you put your mind & body through even at the minor level, to have any type of success with your teammates is super rewarding and builds lasting friendships that last your entire adult life. So to be able to help these young players get those chances is why we as a group of 5 coach and give back . We have a super dedicated trainer and 3 non-parent coaches who give up their time for all the same reasons.Brad Holborough
As someone fortunate enough to have had a long and successful lacrosse career that has taken me across the globe, I can truly say that the sport has shaped my life in incredible ways. From playing for nearly 10 different teams in various leagues, from minor to professional, I’ve experienced the highs and lows that come with the game. Throughout this journey, I’ve met some amazing people and forged lifelong friendships, playing alongside some of the best in the world like Dan Dawson, John Tavares, John Grant Jr., and Gavin Prout. Now, as a coach for the Sarnia Pacers, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to give back to the community that has given me so much. Coaching isn’t just about teaching the skills of the game; it’s about instilling the importance of friendship, building a family, and fostering a love for the sport. Without fun and enjoyment, what’s the point? It’s the heart of youth sports. Winning follows naturally when chemistry and camaraderie are prioritized.Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching alongside some of the brightest lacrosse minds, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to help kids step out of their shells and discover themselves both on and off the floor. The Pacers have seen great success in the last decade, and I’ve been fortunate to have such talented coaches by my side.Sarnia Pacers is where it all began for me, and it’s where I’ll continue to be for years to come, even after my son has moved on from the organization. It’s my home, and I’m proud to help foster the next generation of players and leaders in our community.
