Sarnia Minor Lacrosse 2022 Season
The Sarnia Minor Lacrosse Association is using the following survey to gather information about a REGULAR Box Season of Rep (travel) Lacrosse in 2022. Please complete the survey for each player in your household (paperweight division and up) using the link below. This will help us with planning, floor time, and equipment needs.
