Midget Girls Take Home Silver in Lax Angels Tournament
Submitted By Andy Cadieux on Mon 05 28, 18
The Sarnia Pacers Midget Girls traveled to the Kitchener LAX Angels Tournament this past weekend and were finalist in the LAX Angels 'B' Pool.

Posting an impressive 3-2 record and going 3-0 on the day Saturday the Girls put themselves in position to play in the finals against the only team to beat them in the tournament.

The Girls opened the weekend with a close loss to St. Catharine's 5-2 before going on a 3-0 run Saturday. Saturday's games saw the Pacers beat Six Nations 3-1, Windsor 4-1 and Arthur 9-0.

Next up it was a rematch against St. Catharine's in the Finals. The Pacers would drop the final game 8-1, however Coach James Gandier had nothing but positive things to say about his team!
