6 Hard Fought Games vs London
The Sarnia Pacers Tier 1 teams travelled to London Tuesday May 22nd leaving the Novice 2 Pacers at Clearwater arena to defend home turf against the Blue Devils Novice 2 team. All 6 games were hard fought contests with the Pacers posting 2 wins, 1 tie and 3 losses.
The first two games on the road pitted the Tyke 1 and Novice 1 teams against a determined group from London. The Tyke 1 Pacers finished the game on the losing end of a 9-7 score. The Novice 1 Pacers battled hard for a 4-4 tie.
Defending their home floor the Novice 2 Pacers dropped their contest 7-1.
Next up was a short handed Sarnia Peewee Pacers 1 team losing to the Blue Devils 9-2.
Closing the night out the Pacers Bantams and Midgets took to the floor. Both teams won low scoring affairs with the Midgets winning 3-1 on stellar play from goalie Caleb Mackie and the Bantams 4-1 on the back of rock solid goal tending from Aiden Foster.
